Pricing questions
A user is one named learner on an enterprise subscription: Enterprise Live Content (our sessions in your LMS) is £15 per user per month billed annually, or £18 billed monthly; Enterprise Learning (Hosted) on our LMS is £28 per user per month billed annually (£336 per year), or £35 billed monthly. A seat is Starter's pay-as-you-go unit: one place in one live session, £50 per seat, consumed when a learner books or attends. Worked example: 100 staff each attending one session a month costs £5,000 per month on Starter (100 seats), £1,500 per month on Enterprise Live Content or £2,800 per month on Enterprise Learning (Hosted), both billed annually. The subscriptions win as soon as your team trains regularly.
Yes! Your monthly session allowance can be used for any course in our catalogue. You can have 2 people attend Microsoft 365 training and 2 people attend Google Workspace training in the same month.
At the end of your 14-day trial, you can choose to upgrade to any of our paid plans. Your data and progress will be saved. If you choose not to upgrade, your account will be deactivated.
Absolutely. Our Enterprise plan is designed for organisations with 500+ learners and includes significant volume-based discounts.
Yes, white-labeling is available on our Enterprise plan. This allows you to deliver our expert-led sessions under your own brand and within your own internal portal.
On the Enterprise plans, you can book private sessions for your team. You simply pick a course and a date, and we'll provide a dedicated trainer for your group.
Our monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months and offer a 20% discount.
Every new customer gets a 45-minute onboarding call with a Success Manager to set up your LMS integration, invite your team, and plan your first 90 days of learning.
Yes, we offer a 'Pay-as-you-go' option for teams who only need occasional training. Contact our sales team for per-session pricing.
